As a courtesy to our clients, your treatment and financial responsibilities will be presented to you prior to starting treatment. We will be happy to answer any questions that you may have regarding insurance coverage and our payment options.
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. If treatment requires multiple appointments, payment may be divided over the number of appointments. We accept Cash, Check, Major Credit Cards and Financing upon approval.

(1) Insurance Patients:
We gladly accept most dental insurances. For your convenience, we can bill your insurance company for you. In addition, we can estimate what your insurance will cover and the portion not covered by insurance. All fees not covered by insurance are the responsibility of the patient.
(2) Office Policy:
We request 48 hour notification prior to canceling or rescheduling appointments. Canceled appointments within 48 hours or “No-Show” appointments will result in a broken appointment fee of $50.00
