Leifeste Dental in Orange, TX, offers a 5% pre-payment courtesy from total obligation if the payment for the treatment is paid in full by cash or check, one week prior to commencement of the treatment. This offer is for uninsured patients.
1/2 and 1/2, Applicable Only for Established Patients
- This payment option allows for equal payments during each visit over the treatment time upon a down payment of 50%
- Payment under this option can be made through a pre-authorized credit card charge form
